To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
•  All original tags, packaging, and protective materials must remain intact.
• Swimwear must be returned with hygiene seals and tags attached. 
• Sale, promotional, personalized, or custom-made items are non-returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

EXCHANGES

We currently offer exchanges subject to product availability. If your preferred size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
