Delivery

Orders are processed within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). During busy periods such as new launches and sales, processing may take up to 10 working days before dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• UK: 2-3 working days (Royal Mail or DPD)
• US: 2-5 working days (UPS Express)
• Canada: 4-7 working days (UPS Express)
• Australia & New Zealand: 4-7 working days (DHL)
• UAE & Middle East: 4-7 working days (UPS Express)
• All other destinations: 4-7 working days (Global Express)

Domestic UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DPD. US & Canada orders are shipped via UPS. International orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, or Global Express depending on destination.

Merchandise is accepted for refund if returned in an approved and saleable condition within 14 days from when you received it. We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
